I have done blog posts on swimwear and beach accessories but haven’t really included many coverups. I love my coverups as much if not more than my swimsuits! Your cover up is your chance to really make a statement. And it can make an older suit look new again.
By far the chicest coverups I have ever seen are by WeAreLeone. They are very expensive but if you can snag one on sale their sales are usually pretty good. I also love to browse Anthropologie and JCrew sales. And Roller Rabbit for a splurge.

Maxi Cardigan with Cactus Embroidery
This is just stunning. I adore the cactus print, the dreamy fabric, the tassels, the tie waist, and most of all the ruffled sleeves.

Close up detail of the sleeves and print

I love using a kimono as a coverup. I love the tassels on this one as well the print.

The fringe on this really stands out. I think you should always stand out 🙂

This looks very nautical with the stripes. And has some fun tassels too!

Smiling Sun Embroidered Maxi Top
This is a maxi top but I love it as a coverup.

The embroidery is so beautiful. (I actually really love these gladiator sandals too *sigh*)

I love the color blocking.

This tie dye one is everything and $68. It comes in 11 different colors!

How amazing is this sarong? Farm Rio is one of my favorite brands.

I love the embroidered trim on this.

This is actually a dress but I love it as a coverup, the fabric is gauze so it will be really lightweight.

A palm sarong with pom poms – super tropical!

Ruffle Tiered Maxi Dress in Sofia Stripe
If the other prints were a bit too much for you here’s a nice classic striped coverup from JCrew. The tassled tie and ruffled straps give it that something extra though!

I always love a kimono as an option too.

I do love the simplicity of this white one too.

Limited Edition Zara Studio Embroidered Tunic
The color is neutral but it feels extra with the beading and embroidery detail.

I love the embroidery on this one and the balloon sleeves. It has pom pom and shell trim too!

Love the dip dye effect!
